These Terms & Conditions govern memberships, subscriptions, and related
services offered by Accomplished Singles and supplement the Terms of
Use.
Defines key terms including Account, Member, Subscription, Core, Pro,
Elite and Services.
Members must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a
binding agreement, maintain accurate information, and comply with
applicable laws.
Accomplished Singles may offer Free, Premium, and Elite membership tiers
with varying features and benefits.
Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase and may vary by plan,
promotion, duration, or geographic location.
Members authorize charges to their selected payment method. Failed
payments may result in suspension of premium features.
Paid memberships renew automatically for the same subscription
period—monthly or annual, as selected at purchase—unless canceled at
least 24 hours before the current period ends. The subscription price is
charged to your selected payment method at purchase confirmation and at
each renewal. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time
through your Account Settings or, if purchased through the Apple App
Store or Google Play Store, through your Apple ID or Google Play account
settings.
You may cancel at any time, but your membership remains active until the
end of the paid billing period.
After cancellation, no future renewals will be charged.
Apple App Store subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple's refund
process.
Promotions, referrals, and Founding Member offers are subject to
eligibility, expiration dates, and other stated conditions.
Participation in the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance. Founding
Members may receive promotional benefits and early access.
Accomplished Singles may require identity verification to promote trust
and safety. Verification does not guarantee another member's conduct.
Members must maintain truthful profiles and may not impersonate others
or provide misleading information.
Harassment, fraud, commercial solicitation, stalking, threats, and
unlawful conduct are prohibited.
Messaging, voice, and video features are provided to facilitate
introductions. Members remain responsible for their communications.
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the
Accomplished Singles Privacy Policy.
Third-party providers such as payment processors and app stores are
governed by their own terms and policies.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms,
the Terms of Use, or applicable law.
Services are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties
regarding availability, compatibility, or successful matches.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law as described
in these Terms.
Members agree to indemnify Accomplished Singles against claims arising
from misuse of the Services or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Accomplished Singles may modify these Terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Terms of Use and related
policies, constitute the complete agreement governing use of the
Services. Standard provisions regarding assignment, severability,
waiver, and electronic communications apply.
