These Terms govern access to and use of the Accomplished Singles
website, applications, and related services. By creating an account or
using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all
policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must
discontinue use of the Services.
Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a
binding agreement, and provide accurate registration information.
Previously banned users may not create a new account without written
permission.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and
safeguarding login credentials. Accomplished Singles may suspend or
terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
Accomplished Singles may request identity verification, including
government-issued identification, email, phone, or other verification
methods. Verification improves trust but does not guarantee another
member's conduct.
Memberships may include Free, Premium, and Elite tiers. Features,
pricing, and availability may change. Premium and Elite memberships
provide additional functionality as described at the time of purchase.
Members agree to act honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. Prohibited
conduct includes impersonation, harassment, fraud, spam, commercial
solicitation, and misuse of the platform.
Users may not engage in unlawful activity, harassment, fraudulent
conduct, technical abuse, or unauthorized commercial activity.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Paid subscriptions are billed using the payment method selected by the
member. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew at
the end of each billing period. Users may manage renewals through their
account or applicable app store.
Members may cancel at any time. Unless required by law or expressly
stated, subscription fees are non-refundable after the applicable
billing period begins.
Members retain ownership of their content while granting Accomplished
Singles a limited license to host, display, and process that content to
operate the Services.
AI tools, including matching recommendations and planning features, are
provided for convenience only and should not be considered professional
advice. Results are not guaranteed.
Communication features must be used respectfully and lawfully. Users are
responsible for the content of their communications and should report
abusive behavior.
Members are expected to promote a respectful, professional environment
free from harassment, discrimination, and abusive conduct.
Members should exercise good judgment, meet in public places, avoid
sending money, and report suspicious activity. Accomplished Singles does
not provide emergency services.
All platform software, branding, content, and technology are owned by
Accomplished Singles or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or reverse
engineering is prohibited.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Accomplished
Singles Privacy Policy. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data,
but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' Accomplished
Singles does not guarantee successful matches, uninterrupted service, or
error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited as
described in these Terms. Users accept the inherent risks associated
with online dating.
Users agree to indemnify Accomplished Singles against claims arising
from their misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing
arbitration or litigation where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Venue
shall lie in Illinois unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Accomplished Singles may update these Terms periodically. Continued use
of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
These Terms, together with all referenced policies, constitute the
entire agreement between the user and Accomplished Singles. If any
provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in
effect. Users consent to receive electronic communications related to
their account and the Services.
